Known Issues:

Limitations: Some trim edges might be distorted when importing certain Rhino parametric geometry.

Work Around 1: If you encounter such distortions, an optional Rhino toolbar menu is provided to correct those distortions. Open the Toolbar menu by typing “Toolbar” in Rhinoceros. Click here to download the optimize toolbar for Rhino. Close the toolbar editor. Now the Optimize toolbar with the menu “Optimize for Alias” is displayed. Before saving any rhino files to be exported to Alias, click once on Optimize for Alias button. Save the file and it can be imported into Alias.

Work Around 2: Save the file in Rhino as v2. The resulting files will not have the distortions when imported to Alias
